The trainers split the participants into 3 groups.
Each group tries to use the Canvas Business Model for a different product or service:
- Group 1 – A dispensible product
- Group 2 – An indispensable product
- Group 3 – A service
Participants will consider their:
- Key partners
- Key activities
- Value propositions
- Customer relationships
- Customer segments
- Key resources
- Distribution channel
- Cost structure
- Revenue stream
- Exit strategy
The participants present the 3 models, feedback from the wider group.
