Nathalie Hein works at Schwung.

"Schwung is more than a communications company. It is the desire to create equal opportunities for all, that drives us. It has been the lack of availability that started it all - and accessibility are our driving force. And we do it well.

Schwung is a social enterprise. We are a private company, but that does not mean that we have profit in mind. Our purpose is to create profits, but also the profit will be in the company or be invested in good causes to benefit the deaf community in Denmark and internationally.

We wish through a high professional level to create jobs for deaf and also ensures that society is becoming more accessible to deaf, sign by sign."
