Presentation by the trainer(s) and/or invited speakers, with questions and asnwers afterwards.

The interviews with Deaf entrepreneurs on the Deaf Enterprise website. Some interviews are in Int. Sign, others in British or Italian Sign Language. Most have English subtitles.

For the participants to be able to identify with the the presenters, the speaker must be a sign language user like the participants.

If the main focus of the workshop is how to find / keep a job, the presentation(s) should be about jobsearching and finding employment.

Content

The trainer and/or invited speaker presents the story of his/her life, including how he or she set up a business and why, and the lessons learned along the way.

And/or: trainers and participants watch one or several of the video interviews on the Deaf Enterprise website, and discuss these afterwards.
