Signs2Go: the Project

alt

Signs2Go was a European project. It was funded under the Lifelong Learning Programme (Key Action 2: Languages). It was a 2 year project that started in January 2009.

The objective of the project was to develop a website, where deaf young people in our countries can learn BSL as a foreign sign language:www.signs2go.eu.

Learners can use this website independently, when and where they want. All information on the website is in sign language: British Sign Language (BSL) and the sign languages of the participating countries: Sign Language of the Netherlands (NGT), Norwegian Sign Language (NTS), German Sign Language (DGS), and Italian Sign Language (LIS).

On the info-pages (where you are now), you will find background information and guidelines, in text only.

Click on START in the left top corner, to go to the Signs2Go website - where all information is presented in sign language.

This project has been funded with support from the European Commission. The content of this website reflects the views only of the authors, and the Commission cannot be held responsible for any use which may be made of the information contained therein.
